Well, not necessarily "publicity stunt". More kind the marketing is very well done. There's a reason why they write 01, 02, 03... on the covers. They want people to buy the 12 singles. But wait! There's also an album with those 12 songs! So the album won't do this well right? Wrong. There's many features and all the PVs.
