I don't agree. Keep Tryin' is nice but it's got nothing new or fresh. It sounds like the replica of Passion with more repetition.

Hmmm... I don't think that I've listened to Ayu's new songs enough to compare to Keep Tryin' yet...

I do love the Keep Tryin' PV, and I didn't like the Startin' PV very much...

Keep tryin' really doesn't sound like Passion at all to me. The mood is really different for both songs. Keep tryin' is pretty nice to listen, I'm surprised with pv =D

Its a huge debate over at Utada-Online.

Half the people say the new album will include:

Dareka no Negai ga Kanau Koro

Keep Tryin'
WINGS

and the rest say it will include:

Personally I think it will be on the new album. But it was on Single Collection Vol. 1 so it doesn't have to be...

People are complaining because Hikki's albums usually have around 12 tracks with one interlude so about 11 full songs and if COLORS, Dareka, Be My Last, Passion, Keep Tryin' and WINGS are included that only leaves space for five new songs. That's usually the amount of new songs she has anyway though, so....

I'm hoping she'll do an Ayu-length album though.

Here is my theroy.

Hikari (the Japanese theme to KH) was released and then Deep River was released which had Hikari on it. Then COLORS was released which contained Simple and Clean (the English theme to KH) directly after the release of Kingdom Hearts in the west.

So... if the pattern is the same...

Passion (the Japanese theme to KHII) is released then an album should be released and a new single with Sanctuary (the English theme to KHII) as the b-side should be released right after Kingdom Hearts II in the west.

Kingdom Hearts II comes out March 28th in North America which means if my theroy is correct there will be a new Hikki album before March 28th and a new Hikki single in early April.

I fell in love with the song at first listen, the lyrics are really beautiful and positive...in a "japanese lifestyle" way (the "business man" part is wrong... it is "salary man"). I like how Hikki took time to create such great lyrics... They mean that no matter what you do, no matter how you live your life and no matter how many times you try to do something but it doesn't work out, everything's fine if there's passion in what you do. They sound simple and a bit plain, but they work perfectly with the bgm if u ask me.

Check the translation and see what i mean.

i doubt it... unless toshiba is gonna announce that in a few day, I dun see hikki releasing an album in march. PLUS koda kumi new album is released on 3.8, while EXILE's new album will be released on the 29th.. I dun want hikki to squeeze in between them.. Why not release the new album in april then?? make it as the hikki month

Wings = Born To Be...

I'm stunned by the simplicity in Wings. Its just simply beautiful and relaxing. So little yet so perfect. It isn't exactly little, but it gives the illusion of simplicity without being simple. The melodies are complicated, and I think there is certainly many instruments used in the song.
