Haha, the Korean group(the girl in that PV is just a model they hired) received permission from Mika's record company(or producer/director) and so technically, it's not "illegal."

I don't know about Born to Be..., but I know that FIND THE WAY is directed by Masashi Muto. I'd be curious to know about Jolin's .

Chinese singers r know very well from making covers and copying ideas from US or JPN/KR singers. It depend sometimes also KR singers... If TAKE wanna made PV exactly like "Seppun" surely she need to right for it but if someone making PV which is just similar then surely don't need any rights. I understand that some ideas could be interesting and some director want to use them but this wall with light was used also in some other PVs - of some western singers. I just think that from some time AYU working with wrong ppls - popular directors whos creating for many popular singers. I'm sure any of those directors have own style of directing and limited quantity of ideas so surely they will be repeated in another works.

I don't know who was director of Jolin Tsai PV - I don't know title like "Jun Jun Yu Dong" in her songs/PVs. Is there anyone who know original title (write in chinese)? Maybe I'll be able to find some info...
