I think its pretty :p It really depends on what you like and what you're used to. Some people are into the whole poofyskirt + long socks thing xD

I think it looks very Card Captor Sakura-esque.

I haven't seen anything like it when I went shopping, thankfully. Just because it's in fashion doesn't make it any less ugly.

I highly doubt it is the same one. It looks very obviously to me that she is wearing a very good push up bra in this photoshoot and is probably pretty photoshopped too.

Not to actually wear around, but very cute for a photoshoot. Also, by Tokyo fashion standards, that outfit is pretty tame.
