X Japan is my favorite rock group from Japan. "Art of Life" is still my favorite song of all time. It's 30 minutes long so I don't know if you have the patience to download something that long.
Some of the better ballads are "Crucify My Love", "Endless Rain", "Tears", "Longing", "The Last Song", and "Unfinished." Some of the better fast songs are "Silent Jealousy", "Rusty Nail", "Dahlia", "X", and "Scars".
