I apologize for bumping this thread, but I am now experiencing the same problem. I just installed the Firefox browser (switched from IE) and the layout was set to Mobile Alabama. The page will change if I select a different layout, but will always just go back to Mobile Alabama if I click a new link. I also tried changing it from my user CP but don't have any luck.
