yeah u can see a lot of these kinds of cars in Japan, they often have very nice designs... of course, those cars are custom build, u can't buy those models like that straight from factory

I don't know wether or not people drive them around like normal cars, or if they are for display purposes only.

I saw them outside Yoyogi Arena after Arena Tour this year. Very impressive, if not a little scary
