Just wanting to point out, that I live in Canada and managed to find (without trying whatsoever) ULTRA BLUE by Hikaru Utada on CD locally. It wasn't a Taiwanese copy, or in an import section or store of any sort, just a regular old HMV here. I looked at the back of the CD and it seems to have been printed for sale/distribution here. It might be (somewhat) available in the US too, but I don't know how to check on that. =P
