(2003!) making of the 2003 calendar

Hi, I'm new here (This is my 1st post).
I know it's been a really long time since her 2003 calendar came out.
I was wondering if anyone still has those "Making of The 2003 Calendar" pictures. I'm also wondering if these pictures were included in the calendar as well? Or were they part of the Vivi Deji Deji diary or something? Thanks a lot and sorry if I posted in the wrong section or something >__<
