Where is this site at, btw? (the site where u got the vid) Altho that person may have encoded the vid, you are the one hosting the vid, not that webmaster. Sure, it's her vid and she has the last say, but the way I see it.. if you give credit to where you get the vid from, that should be ok. Just like if you write a paper and get a paragraph from a book, you should cite the source or else it's plagerism. As long as you cite, it's "legal"
