[Please help] Getting International (Japan) channels

My question or concern is what channel or station is AyuReady? on or basically any other Asian channels/ shows where Ayu appears frequently? My parents said we could add Japanese channels but I dont want them to have to pay for useless Japanese channels. I just want Japanese channels where Ayumi Hamasaki is shown a lot, basically. I know this might sound like a fantasy to some of you so Im sorry if Im making anybody jealous right now.

MTV asia is for asia only, but those things like MTV Asia Awards do get shown on MTV networks all over the world later. So that's how people in other parts of the world can watch those video awards in the west.

I live here in the US and never knew this process of watching International shows here in the US was possible but it is. Im also thinking of adding MTV Asia (for the basic reason of hoping to see Ayu perform in the future and to see the promotional videos for Japanese artists).

I need time on this, suscribe this thread to watch for it.

If anybody can help in any way, please do. I still cant believe it will be possible to watch International channels like AyuReady? or MTV Asia, here in the US. Thank you so much for anybody that can help or have some idea about what Im talking about. Else, you guys could post links about Japanese/ Asia programming... I sincerely apologize if I am asking for too much.
