There was some new article on their relationship posted at Ayunite, and I found it interesting..

長 瀨 駕 駛 其 銀 色 座 駕 離 開 步 姐 香 閨 ， 前 往 名 古 屋 出 席
TOKIO 在 當 地 舉 行 的 演 唱 會 。 三 日 後 、 即 本 月 9 日 上 午 9 時 半 ，
他 的 私 家 車 再 次 出 現 步 姐 住 所 門 前 ， 長 瀨 還 拿 家 庭 裝 的
洗 頭 水 及 沐 浴 露 入 屋 ， 20 分 鐘 後 又 步 出 屋 外 ， 再 駕 車 離 開 ，

兩 日 後 的 晚 上 10 時 ， 狗 仔 隊 又 拍 到 長 瀨 前 往 步 姐 的 香 閨 ，
今 次 他 還 提 一 袋 疑 是 便 利 店 買 來 的 食 物 ， 相 信 準 備
炮 製 愛 心 甜 品 與 步 姐 共 嚐 ， 邊 食 邊 談 心 。
由 此 證 明 步 姐 和 長 瀨 的 感 情 發 展 穩 定 ， 二 人 依 然 十 分 恩 愛 。

In Japan, loving couples in the entertainment industry are not rare. Ayumi Hamasaki and TOKIO member Nagase have been rumoured to have broken up many times since official announcements of their affections were made known in 2001, and there were many rumours that they each have new loves, so many think that this relationship is doomed. However, paparazzi from the Japanese magazine “Flash” have obtained photographs of Nagase bringing household items into and out of Ayumi’s mansion on a regular basis. So the two have been sharing residences, and this news has shattered all rumours of their break-up, instead signalling that their relationship has moved on to a higher level.

Paparazzi have discovered that Nagase has been leaving for work from Ayumi’s house nowadays, and similarly, he returns faithfully to her house to rest after work. On 6th September, at around 11am, Nagase drove his silver car from Ayumi’s home to attend TOKIO’s concert held in Nagoya. 3 days later, at around 9.30am, Nagase’s personal vehicle was once again parked outside Ayumi’s house, and Nagase was seen bringing his shampoo and bath kit into Ayumi’s home, emerging 20 minutes later. Maybe he was having a quick love bath in her bathroom?

2 days later at 10pm, paparazzi once again caught Nagase on his way to Ayumi’s home, carrying what looked like supermarket-bought food, maybe to cook a meal for Ayumi and himself. From these, we can see that Ayumi and Nagase’s relationship is steady, and both seem to be in love.

Actually, this seldom-witnessed relationship has always had a rough time. Ayumi and Nagase first knew each other when they worked together on the TV drama “Twins” in 1993, and the relationship developed from there. By 2001, when their relationship was uncovered, Ayumi had already become avex’s top girl, and their respective companies could only watch as the relationship developed. However, their love life has also been disrupted many times. In 2004, Ayumi wanted a marriage, but due to Nagase’s declining popularity and the upheaval of the management at avex, Ayumi had to give in to keep the company afloat, so the marriage was delayed. However, rumours that followed of the two’s break-up were false.
