MC Question

I just got the MY STORY Tour (lovin' it!) and I was watching the MC collection and the 03/20 one isn't there. It's just some message. Does anyone know what it says or why the MC is missing?

Due to an earthquake in the Fukuoka region, the normal dialogue and Yo-chan's MC session were interrupted.
