Not that I've ever known of.

Only the Lumix camera and the D music stuff series.

What does that have to do with promoting the album?
If the CM comes and actually does have Ayu's song in it, it will circulate for maybe a week or two, promoting the album closer to the release date than the August-released 1 LOVE / JEWEL.

o_o No. If it's released late then promotion would lead into past the release and people would have some preview even after its released.

I don't see how releasing it uber early would help anyway. People might forget the melodies unless they've got the video clip of it.. but I doubt that, so a late CM tie-in would only help the album.
