Well yeah, it does. And still, their shipping costs as much as a CD. If you come to think of it, YesAsia are buying CDs from somewhere too, so why doesn't it counts?

It was discussed some, I also emailed YesAsia asking about it, and no, their sales somehow does not count towards oricon in some weird way. If I remember correctly it is because YesAsia is located outside Japan, and ORICON is for sales within Japan, actual CDs sold from Japanese stores, YesAsia is based in Hong Kong.
