looks like many expect 800k thereabout...i hope for a mill...as long as it breaks a mill then im happy...

seriously there is no need for an arguement about Ku or Ayu..both are talented..just that the former is getting more promotion

1st: 500k+
2nd: 300k+
3rd: 100k+
4th, 5th 6th, add up to: 100k+

tada! a mill

I think the album will land anywhere between 800k and 1,000k, it's quite hard to judge. It wouldn't cause me happiness if it broke the million barrier, but it would be an achievement for Ayu nonetheless.

I'd say slightly above 900k for the total sales. A million is hard to break nowdays, I believe.

Week 1: 400,000
Week 2: 130,000
Week 3: 60,000
Week 4: 20,000

In 4 weeks, she sells 610,000 copies.

Wow... 610k would be less than (m)u's first two weeks though. Then again, this is all prediction. The actual numbers are going to be surprising..

I'm trying to keep myself from expecting anything, but it's hard. Yeah, either a few or most of us is definitely going to be "woah" when the actual sales are released, looking at some of the predictions here.

Yeah, but it will be put in an endless amount of meticulous ways .

And for the record, "That is very high sales." technically is no worse than "OMG SHE SELLED LOTZ LOL".

As for a more precise estimation I'd say 532,346 copies sold for the first week.

Nope. I, personally, just wrote something I'd imagine someone hyper, excited and overly joyful would say if Secret would sell much.

If Ayu sold over 800,000 I would mind since that isn't a bad number at all some people just think it is because Ayu's albums usally sell over 1 mill. but nowadays some people are hoping that Ayu can atleast break that. I mean think about someof our other favorite artist can't even break 500,000. But I would extremely happy if Ayu 1 mill. that would be a nice X-mas present ^^

I think it'll sell just as much as ULTRA BLUE / (m)u..

But that makes me wonder what Hikki's next album will sell..

I don't think so. Maybe Kuu will pass Ayu, but Mika won't.

MUSIC was and is such a GREAT album, but it hardly reached 600,000. I know that NANA is very popular but...I don't think it because her lastest singles are very low in sales...

I wish Ayu, Kuu and Mika to do well! All are awesome!

Week 1: 450,000
Week 2: 200,000
Week 3: 090,000

Total: 800,000

I expect it to drop like 50% every week for the first 3 weeks.

But her latest singles would have nothing to do with THE END rite?

Secret's Week 1 + 2 sales will make it into Oricon 2006. She'll most likely have sold more than 500k in 2 weeks, and will secure a TOP 20 spot on the 2006 yearlies.

I guess it would sell just as much as (miss)understood. Unlike (m)u none of them are produced by sweetbox so it might sell better. And there aren't as much singles this time so it would be better when it comes time to promote the album with new tracks. Plus the cover is better too.

That seems to be the most reasonable predition I've seen in this thread. I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up like that.

For some reason, I think that Secret and Black Cherry will end up neck and neck in sales..

Not sure why, but.. I dunno.. D: D:~ If Hikki can't even hit a million with an original album.. I don't know if anyone else can.. I mean has there been an original album that has hit a million+ besides Def Tech's CATCH THE WAVE? :< :<
