Yep, it was broadcast live if I remember correctly. If not, it was broadcast the next day. What I DO remember is that it was available for download within a week (like 4 days).

It's always aired live. We should get it very quickly this year because usually it is broadcast over a satellite network that not everyone gets. But TBS is like a basic cable channel in Japan, so I expect a rip will pop up almost immediately after it airs.

No, it is broadcast live on TBS.

Any messups are all recorded :]

So basically, people are home get to celebrate New Year's with Ayu too! :]
And the rip usually comes like a few days after [recently SunshineSlayer has been ripping them But they've been full DVDISOs :O~]
