I'm pretty sure that the fact that she has a tattoo has barely made it outside AHS. The clue was given by Ryan Chan and the only place I know the information was spread to was AHS. People might have suspicions but I doubt anyone is as sure as AHS.

Christmas is barely celebrated in Japan, the tradition made it there quite recently. Japan is not a Christian country.
