The ground seats will be a lot less than the seats covered by the stage. Especially how her concerts organize them the ground seats into huge lines and they leave a ton of space on the sides and the back. I've seen configuration models of arenas (it was Osaka Jo Hall I think), stages that are set up facing 1 side have less seats than if it was a basketball game. Tokyo Dome is no different.

I think they're pretty much the same as Ayu. Plus it's not a solo KinKi Kids concert at Tokyo Dome on 12/31, a bunch of other JE groups perform that night as well.
