CDL 06-07 Setlist + Review

Just got back. I'm tired, but I'll write something up. This show could have been called Best of Arena Tour 02 and 03-04, because that is what it was. I really loved it though, I got to see pieces of tours that I wasn't able to see live before. Of the five times I've seen Ayu live (2 My Story, 2 Miss Understood, now 1 CDL), this was definitely my favorite. It was also the most elaborate stage and set wise so far of any of the CDLs. The stage was the same basic setup as the last 2 arena tours (making this the first CDL w/ a stage that went out into the audience.)

2. Ourselves (wearing same outfit and wig as the 03 superdry live on MTV, same theme as Arena Tour 03/04)
3. Fly High (same outfit and theme as Arena Tour 03-04)

5. Never Ever (Same theme w/ the cage as Arena Tour 02)
6. A Song for Xx (same theme w/ fighting)
7. No Way to Say (Same large dress as arena tour 03-04 w/ a different colored top I think)
8. Free and Easy (Same dress/setup as Arena tour 02)
9. Evolution (same as Arena 02 w/ french cabaret theme and aya in black with suspenders, exact same outfit as arena 02)

Talk w/ Yoshio and other band members. Yoshio reveals he finally lost the weight he promised to lose 2 CDLs ago, audience does the wave for him.

Merch sold out FAST! When I got up there there were no t-shirts or cell straps left and I was just barely able to get the last box of cookies. So for those that ordered cell phone straps through me, I'll be sending you a refund.

Overall I love everything about the show! Ayu was really happy and energetic and her voice was good. There were no tacky outfits like I thought there were in the 06 arena tour and Ayu looked great. (gotten a bit chubby my ass.^_^)
