Actually the Arena Tour 2003-04 started in early 2004.
And as others said before the CDL 03-04 has nearly the same tracklist as it was part of the tour, so there wasnīt an extra DVD, but there were 3-4 performances incl. the Countdown shown on CDTV New Years Eve Special
