There's no need to apologize, I'm aware that it's easy to read something else (especially when a person doesn't express themselves clearly in their original post, which happens to me a lot) and have misunderstandings over the internet. I really do appreciate your kindness and understanding.

Oh, and as for "Neonlight Lipstick", at first the snippet of the song didn't appeal to me, but now as I've heard it a few times I must say that I think I'd really like the song in full. I suppose Namie's new direction won't be all that bad as I originally imagined it to be.

I thank everyone who at least tried to understand my wall of text post, and I apologize to everyone who it might have irritated or offended. Like I said, none of that was my intention.

I don't think either of her sounds is superior to the other...but I find this one more entertaining. A lot of her hip hop sound is very basic, and the same here, but, I find the track layers more enjoyable in edm.

I'm hoping for more hybrids. Some...other...artists took a while to integrate the electronics nicely again into their albums. I'm really curious what the next album will sound like.

You must forgive me as her English is rather bad and I couldn't make out what it is she was saying in one of only 2 songs she has put out this era that are good.

Namie's really going into a new direction, so it makes sense some fans will be disappointed. I see the same thing in Miliyah Kato's thread. It's ok to state your disappointment, just don't care drag it out endlessly. No one likes a downer.

I personally don't care for Namie's older stuff so I'm really looking forward to her new album. I hope it'll leak early~
