It's my favorite too~ I think I'm the only one surprised at him composing for Ayu! He is sort of the male Ayu, IMO. Most of the lyrics for GREEN DAYS are very Ayu-ish.

Maybe if he weren't gay he'd hook up with Ayu!

i already lost hope for Sweet season, because i don't like what i hear so far from the 15s preview, but when knowing that Makihara compose it...my hope rising 100%...can't wait!!!

goshhh.. i didn't recall his name when i first read about Sweet Season is composed by him....I just thought, he was someone famous in the music industry and a good thing for Ayu.. BUT right now, i just knew that's the guy who sang GREEN DAYS..wowww..yea i would love to hear a sweet relaxing song like GREEN DAYS

That song was quite pleasant. Not amazing (yet, anyway), but rather nice.
Am I the only one laughing at the fact that he has a song named GREEN DAYS?

Anyhow, I'm not feeling all that excited for "crossraod" and "L". I like the sound of "crossroad" and the PV is nice enough, but I'm hoping there'll be something more to it. After seeing the preview for "blossom" PV I don't feel all that excited for it either, and I'm going to reserve my opinion about "L" until I hear the songs (won't do it until HQ comes out) but right now it feels a bit bland.

more funny is that GREEN DAYS (at least from that youtube vid) was uploaded in June 2008 so I suppose the single was released around there? And we got GREEN/Days in Dec 08

I am always the one is not satisfated, but I'm just really really tired of ballads lately. Ku have Suki de x3, but lately she gave me a lot of enterneining stuff that was pretty awesome. I would love to say the same about Ayu.

I don't know a lot of his music but wasn't that song a drama theme song for Ushi wo Negai wo (Wish upon a cow) ? So that explains the country feeling. (random info: the drama was about agricultural students in Hokkaido - and hey, Aibu Saki acts in it....now that's an Ayu-connection)

The song is nice, I hope the song for Ayu will be just as nice.
