Did you ignore SID? SID is the highest non-ayu and they've outsold flumpool for ... well for all the time flumpool has been releasing singles.

Still, they're no match for Ayu. Their best selling single might've sold more than MOON/blossom, but that had an amazing tie-in and didn't have strong first week sales so it still wouldn't matter.
