I don't think it'll be something like MW and Days/GREEN, because if I understand it correctly, the CD-only versions of L will also have the special first press package, and for the MW-like longsleeves you need two discs.

^uuhh... only other one on Sept 22nd i know at the moment is Kumi's new single "Suki de x3". And the preview sound real good. Like "yume no uta" and "you" quality.

I think, but please take note of the think, that D.A.I. is the main producer/a member of Do As Infinity.

It's not referring to the group as a whole, it's referencing Dai Nagao, who is the creator/one of the 3 original members of Do As Infinity.

So, does "DAI" who composes songs for Ayu really compose songs for Do as infinity too? I've listened to some of their songs and they sound nowhere near as good as the compositions DAI has done for ayu.. it's weird.

Yeah, just you never hear about him anymore in the group. Did he leave for some reason? I've been listening to Do As Infinity from the very beginning and always found Ryo Owazaki and Van Tomiko to be present a lot more in songs and in promo images.

DAI used to be the main composer for Do As Infinity, but he parted ways with the group creatively some time ago and has not been involved with them in any capacity since their comeback.

I think there isnt another big big artist releasing in those 2 weeks, but i feel that her greatest competion will be herself. People might not buy crossroad until L comes out the second week, and so it might not get number 1 but might get high on the second week but not reach # 1 so thats what i think :S im hoping im wrong.
I just checked, and The Gazette is releasing RED their new single the 22nd so that might pose a threat to ayumi. I have a feeling crossroad will not reach number one. Gazette and Koda releasing the same day, and the fact that L will be released the next week and people will wait to buy them together, i think might add up to her not making number one but im praying not!

This is what I am a bit afraid of~ (and of kuu!!)
The streak is really cool and impressing, that's why I hope she'll get No1 with the next 2 singles, so she can stop pushing herself to make japanese-friendly songs, and just release what ever she likes~
