Exactly. Ayu is doing this because she believes it's the right thing to do for the people in Japan at this point in time. Seriously, stop judging it before it even happens.

I'm glad it was scaled down and stripped of all the flashy stuff because of what happened in japan. An organic tour is something I've wanted for a long time and it's a bit sad that these are the circumstances that led to it... anyway, I hope Ayu can reach out to the people in japan who need it right now.

![]() It's about Japan and raising hope for her people. Even a while after a disaster, of course there are still people hurting. It may be TA limited tour style, or maybe just a bunch of uplifting or calming songs. It doesn't necessarily mean ballads. It can also mean upbeat songs to uplift~ Besides, I don't think the time was really right for a flashy Love Songs tour! We just had the amazing and flashy RNRC tour. I can wait a bit for another flashy tour.

Why people always complain before actually know how things will turn out to be??? =_=;; Sometimes I think people really like to complain about anything
![]() Anyway, I love huge stage concerts as much as I like the simple ones, cause the stage is important but music is more. And Ayu never failed to amaze me ^^ And actually I really would like to attend PoM tour ;_;

I never understand why people are so pessimistic about Ayu shows before they even happen.
I am excited to see how this tour will end up being. I really do hope she does a less flashy, more back to basics kind of show. It would be a really nice change. I'm looking forward to it~

yup. dont expect much from this year's tour. It's not the time to be lavish and also, its a tour that ayu whipped up one month before her first show.

How can a tour inspired by love and unity "suck"? Wait and see guys. I'm positively surprised that she changed stuff.
Unless she decides to frigging sing "we shall overcome".

ah~ it's kind of too bad that she decided to change the whole concept of her love songs tour....coz it's gonna be awesome i think~
i hope for the CDL11-12, she would implant the hotel love songs concept into it and won't just be the plain CDL ~ |

![]() And you know, it's exactly because I think it's going to be a less flashy tour that I'd like to attend it ^^ Unfortunally I probably won't ;_;

This thread makes me want to punch something.
Have you forgotten that Japan was basically torn apart like a month ago? They need as many uplifting messages as they can get. Hotel Love Songs was going to be an Ayu-centric show, all flashy and extravagant. She did the right thing and made it Japan-centric. It's what everyone needs to see - support and a strong sense of togetherness.

I'm excited for the POWER OF MUSIC, I can't wait for the setlist! No flashy things, it's all about the music!
But from looking at the goods, Hotel Love Songs would have been an EPIC concert, maybe better than AT10, so I am kinda disappointed. I hope Ayu won't just scrap the Hotel Love Songs concept altogether and actually do it someday, I wouldn't want all those months of preperation and hard work to be wasted. |

^ Ya you don't see koda kumi changed her tour just because of this. Just sayin'

Seriously? Ayumi was one of the top donators of all the Japanese musicians. She already gave God knows how much money out of her own pocket for relief. She felt so strongly about doing all she could that she changed her tour to reflect that. At this point it's no longer about money, it's about sentiment.

donations must be followed by an austerity attitude in my opinion and releasing new merchandising it's not about sentiments.
I deeply understand she couldn't face all the country with a love-song based tour. I don't judge nor disapprove, i've just a different point of view.
