Her dancing seems a bit Shakira inspired in the videos for Maneater and P.G.
I like it! I love the idea of three different singles being sprinkled all over the world... I think I like No Hay Igual the most so far but that may be because I've listened to it the most...

Celebrate, American Nelly fans! Promiscuous broke into the top 100 this week, after being at #16 in Billboard's Bubbling Under last week! It's now at #64. Excellent, since the Folklore singles did not do well in Billboard.
Not that Billboard is that important or anything, but they do indicate airplay and recognition..

There's a new Nelly Furtado song on the Maneater single -- called Undercover. It's great! got a bit of a Gwen Stefani vibe -- very funky
anyone else heard it? and are we allowed to give links to other places where you might find a link to dl the song? or is that against the rules?

me 2~ i prefer PROMISCUOUS" to be the first single off the album rather than maneater,,,

I'm very impressed with her talent right now!! the songs I'm hearing soo far I'm just loving them it's very impressive and I think she has created another career high for herself!

Actually, after listening to Maneater for a while, the song sounds as if it was written with Kylie Minogue in mind....
And I listened to "Loose". I absolutely can't get "Do It" out of my head! I'm addicted to that song! 0___o

I'm so in love with Nelly's pv - Maneater. Those, who haven't seen it yet, I suggest visiting youtube.com -it's really worth watching! I've loved it since the first time I saw it! Melody very fast, catchy... Nelly was moving so superb! Awesome!
I cannot say the same about PROMISCUOUS... both music and pv disappoint me. I find there another girlie, silly dancing next to the raper (remember similar parody scene from Stupid girls by Pink?). Somebody said Nelly has grown up, but I don't agree. She wasn't childish in her previous songs... She was just... her! And it was making her so special. I hope, trully hope, she won't become like the others... A friend really likes her but I did not like her old stuff that much. She has a pretty unique voice. But I really came to love her new album. It's just amazing. When she released "maneater" I really thought: Wow... what happened to this singer? She's cool *s*
I was really surprised when I listened to her album the first time because it's really really really good. ja ne
