Same! Especially the new material on Finally. Songs like Hero, Mint, Fighter, In Two, etc. never did much for me. The only song I liked was How do you feel now? Now I can't stop listening. So much so that it justified purchasing Finally for me.

Super late to the club, but I ordered it last night. It'll be the last time I have a chance to directly support one of her releases while it's still relevant. (I've only ever purchased her albums secondhand from Book Off.)

I'm a past<FUTURE lover, so Mint is a huge highlight from her career for me. And I love In Two too... How do you feel now? and Finally are the only songs from Finally era that I started enjoying this year with the tour. ;-;

I think the only song I don't like from her post-PLAY is Tempest. I just cannot get into that song no matter how hard I've tried lmao

Same, it's so boring. And I'll never get over the fact that it appears on Finally instead of Naked.

I've both accepted her retirement and haven't lol I love the new Finally tracks and have heard them so much now. Some of her recent tracks I haven't been able to get into though are Let Me Let You Go and Anything, those just don't do it for me.

I'm going back and listening to her older songs and rediscovering them. The most played album on my phone right now is the first disc of Finally, honestly I wish she had re-recorded a lot more of her older tracks, including more Supermonkey's ones.

I agree about Tempest, she has much better ballads (I don't hate it though). And if it was up to me, Naked, BRIGHTER DAY, and WILD would all have been on Finally lol I could also switch out Big Boys Cry for one of those. I like the song, but I don't think it's one of her best.

For me NAKED always sounded like a poor cousin of Break It.. the instrumental is too loud for me tho the video is amazing.
The songs I dislike from post-PLAY era are: Let Me Let You Go, Big Boys Cry, It, Scream, NAKED, Just You and I, Strike A Pose and Hot Girls.
Uncontrolled for me is one of her worst albums ever... it could have been saved with Beautiful... but the MV was cancelled. Beautiful is one of my fave ballads from her by far, it's a shame we will not see any live performance from it ;-;
Beautiful, Alive, Let's Go, Space Invader, TSUKI, Mint and Ballerina are the best tracks she released between 2010-2017 for me ;-;

As far as I know , no Namie's staff didn't set up an Instagram account , let alone Twitter . Only her Facebook page is verified and run by her staff

And yeah post PLAY era wise , Uncontrolled is also my least favourite Namie album too :s

Big Boys Cry / Beautiful was released the year after Uncontrolled so Beautiful should have been in FEEL , not Uncontrolled

Alive is seriously one of her best tracks. I cannot believe she blessed my life with that. I was hooked from the album teaser alone.

By the way, according to some tweets, recording equipment was apparently seen at tonight's concert. There's also a piano on the stage?

It's started already so I'm on the lookout for the setlist!

Also, from 9:30pm to 11:00pm tomorrow, the Tokyo Tower will be lit up to commemorate Namie and her retirement. AbemaTV spent the past week surveying fans on Twitter to see which color they would like to see the tower lit up with. I think they'll announce the color tomorrow during the music video special.
