Blah, who cares really xD
Her songs are her songs. They're different, but the way we see them really depends on who we are and how we hear the song :\ Some people might think B&D sounds like STEP you.. x.x It all depends on the listener imho. [And with many singers/artists with 100+ songs.. there's probably a few songs that sound sort of similar in some instances.. right? >>]

sometimes i think her songs do remind me of her other material...especially fairyland and angel's song. my main problem with her new songs is that although i still like them, they aren't nearly as addictive and i find that it doesn't take long before i'm tired of them.

I think it is not that bad now. Last time, when i listened to her albums, (esp I am...and Rainbow), i can never know when a song end, when the other start. ok, i admit i wasnt that much into Ayu last time, but still the songs sound more similar as compared to now. though, yeah, i hear similarities in Fairyland and Born to be...

Though, why should we be complaining?
We aren't the ones who have to compose, nor do we have to write lyrics. All we have to do is listen. And THAT's a choice. I'm sure not even 1/4 of the people here could actually compose a good melody unlike others. Let alone a melody at all.

so now Ayu copies herself...and yet again...I CANT BELIEVE IT!!!!OMG!!!Why would Ayu do such a thing.....
her quality of music has been going down for years and now it has hit an all time low...awww everyone think of RAINBOW... I dont really think that specific sequence of notes is enough reason to say that the two songs are similar, only because, i dont think that Ayu's music is all "black and white" you really have to look deep sometimes, and they are two just very different songs. I think that its possible that the fact that the notes are the same could have to do with the specific key the song is in and the chord at that particular time... and lets face it...Ayu (let alone the composer/arranger) probably doesnt even remember Angel's Song, or any of those other songs unless it was something like Boys and Girls.
