I really love how she shows how important her staff is... But Ayu fans tends to think she is some godlike creature that doeseverything by herself... If there are backup dancers... if there is a band... if they all act together when is to act... they all try to make the audience high when it's needed... Don't know why she shouldn't care...

If they weren't there to be watched like her, she wouldn't have a band or dancers.... she would sing alone in the stage with pre recorded instrumentals...

And every singer as big as her shows a lot of apreciation for his/her staff... fans of Madonna, Kylie, etc also knows dancers and band members by their names and things like that...

Of course she could never do all of the stuff herself, but she's still a solo artist and I'm a bit annoyed with how they at times take over There's much more to a show than dancers and a band anyway, the rest really only get a name in the credits.

I never said they shouldn't be mentioned, like she does. And they're there to be watched, yea, but I'm talking about an appropriate balance. And imo, they focused a bit too much on them and not enough on her, that's all.

sory for my misleading post, what i meant to say was that she sung when the wheel was turning in japan, but during the asia stops, the wheel was not turning when she was singing.

and that is the part that i really want to see

I love how Ayu puts her people in the forefront and makes them just as important in the show as herself. Because it's really ALL of them that puts on a great show, not just her =/ At least that's the way I look at it.

I mean you see a lot of artist now a days where it's always "me me me me me me me" and that's all you see. No one ever sees how hard the people in the background work to help make the artist the best they can be.

I totally appreciate that Ayu feels they are a team! I know you and maybe some others may not care, but don't you think it is better for her to acknowledge them instead of just taking ALL the credit?

I TOTALLY AGREE!!!!

Im worried about that too ó_o

I really want see Ayu while spinning >-<

and for what I saw on the clip in shanghai there are a lot of thing that they didnt use in asia stops

*no big explosion at the beggining on talkin' 2 mysel, just 2 firewworks on each side os the stage and the big screen in the middle simulatin the explotion.

*no fire effects again T-T they just use some screen effects >.<

*no ayu spinning while singin in (don't) Leave me alone T_________________T

*no fireworks when the sheets fall down and reveal the real stage in my name's WOMEN

and thats pretty much it I think >.>

I think they wanted to save more money in fireworks and stuff ._:

Well, maybe someone who went to HK or Taiwan can clear that stuff up since both of those venues were a lot larger than Shanghai's..

Omg! I thought I was the only one who thought that!

During t2m and evolution I was completely "SHOW AYUUUU WTF", because she looked so awesome in the news clips of that show and I wanted to see her moves in HQ. ><

Ayu has moves? Something must have changed overnight.

If anything just show Peco & Princess less, or atleast Peco. Every time she kicks I just shake my head.

Though I fully agree with this statement, ( I face-palm everytime she does that stupid kick x_x) we have to remember that ayu, in the past, has stated she'll keep writing and singing as long as she has her right ear...my point is, we may see ayu, in about 20 years, doing rocker things...in my opinion, ayu is like Madonna, only with more artistic integrity...so, when she's 50+ years old, we'll be the 40+ year olds in the audience watching, wishing we were her. Ha. Sad, but true.

What do they say to Jin after he teaches the GREEN choreography? "Jin Arigatou"? (I also didn't realize he sounded so "cute". Hahaha.) Hearing him talk makes me curious on how everyone else sounds. PV makings aren't as clear as this. Haha.

From this preview, it looks very interesting. I think I'm gonna buy this tour (like I don't buy it anyway).

As for Marionette, yeah some parts sound polished, but it actually sounds pretty live. FOR SURE it's not the studio version.

I really enjoyed the concert, best one i ever saw but also the first one from which i saw more than 3 songs^^
Judgement Day:
Nice, liked the flags, but a bit too long and no Ayu at all? I mean, unlike tasking and marionette-prelude- shes singing in it!
Talkin' to Myself
One of my favourite songs, liked the acapella opening, did you notice her outfit was slightly different from previous performances of it from for example countdown live?
the rest of the performance was average, i hoped for way more fire in it and her voice should have been louder in the chorus, and her hair was too big, a bit of a mess
Is this Love?
One of my favourite songs, but she did better performances of it, her side steps in some parts were too fast i think, half the speed would have been better, also it was boring! I think songs performed without dancing(and/or big effects) should be in her rediculous encore imho
Marionette -prelude-
Nice Special Screen! Also, the longer version of it is quite nice, liked it, perfect opening to the song
Marionette
At first i thought: What? Just Ayu and her dancers? Wheres the carousel? But in the first chorus i was totally stunned! There WAS the carousel! the visual was very good, too, only her wig was...funny, it didnt look very good, but better than the song with long hair, that would have been a no-go, also the things on her arms would have made it absolutely perfect!
Tasking
Nice song, but didnt like the performance, the lights were a nice idea, but i dont like pirates xDDD
Surreal-evolution-Surreal
Not my things, i really like surreal, but i dont like evolution, so it only was mid-good to me and ayu forgetting her lines? again? well, it just makes her more humane^^
Mirrorcle World
Awesome Special Screen, awesome performance! even though they made the opening longer it still sounds good and the moment the curtain fell was SO stunning! but i didnt really like the end and her dancer playing air guitar was just...
Independent
Really a NICE beginning! everybody clapping and ayu being happy^^ but independent just isnt my style of music...
boys and girls
sorry, cant stand it
MY ALL
the same...cant stand it

all in all aweasome! so looking forward to the dvd-release with my names woman and dont leave me alone^^

The best performance was definitely Mirrorcle World. I really liked the Marionette video, too, with the creepy ending. Is This Love? had somewhat cruddy vocals, but she put so much effort into it that it was enjoyable. I skipped most of the encore because I've seen her sing those songs as part of the encore 8 billion times and her vocals were pretty poor.

What's this wheel thingy everyone is debating?

In the concerts in Japan, ayu sung the song on the wheel while it was rotating.

However in the concerts in HK, TW and SH, ayu either sing the song on the wheel but it wasnt rotating.. or ayu came down from the wheel and sang the song on the stage grounds.

Which was a pity because the DVD will only contain the concert in TW and since the TV version of AT 2008 didnt contain (d)lma, it means that we will never be able to enjoy the full version of (d)lma with ayu singing on the rotating wheel.

I felt the same about mirrorcle world, I thought it was the best mirrorcle world preformance of all but I thought the ship moved a bit more around the stage but anyway I loved the tv version and cant wait to seen/own the DVD
