There does not exist a bad "You were..." performance that I would know of o.ô

Her 'Best Artist' performance of "You were..." was simply perfect. Her voice sounded so real, clear and not high-pitched or faked with any real-time voice-enhancements. Really loved it.

Same for "evolution" on that day (well, it got a bit chaotic after the first chorus xD)

Just my opinion though =)

avex should try it again, they did it with FIVE and look at its sales, impressive!!

maybe that would boost sales a lot =D

besides, its been a few years since ayu's way of selling music has changed a bit... she's not releasing 4 singles a year anymore since Secret-era... maybe its time for another change, only some physical singles, maybe one or two per album like it's happening, that helps to keep her image clean and not overrated

Though in the US they release like 2-4 digital singles off the album after its release with video clips, media airing and all.

im just trying to say that it would be ok to release an album without any prior singles, avex has been trying many ways to diversify ayu's market and keep it stable...

releasing stuff behind stuff let her image with a heavy atmosphere, she doesnt need that anymore, people dont need to see her releasing singles each month (like some new girlgroups...) to know that she exists.
