I have a friend In Japan who will buy my tickets for the Yokohama concert on the 14th of May. What i wanted to know is where they should call if they want to buy the tickets on the official release date, and if they can pick the seats.
Is there ANY WAY to pick your spots for the concert VIA official stores or websites, not resale stores?

there is no way for you to choose seats.

to buy the tickets, you have to go to the convience store and buy the ticket from machine, you will know your seats when the ticket is printed out.

if you want to have an exact seat, then you have to buy straight at resellers shops
