Team Ayu Magazine Question

I don't know if there is already a question like this, but does the team ayu magazine automatically get sent to those in the fan club, or do you have to do something to get it? I keep getting emails (and my Japanese is limited) saying something about vol. 42 and i dont know what its saying. Any help is appreciated
