Avex and youtube
Does anyone have any tips for how to edit things so they don't get blocked by avex? Also I'm sure i'm not the only one that finds it annoying that Avex doesn't have any problem with ful videos of namie, globe, hitomi and countless other artists being on youtube but they'll try and get your account banned for uploading a CM of Ayu for example?

If you're gonna use a clip of someone from Avex, keep it under 20 seconds. Make a video stringing together different 20 sec clips you wanna use. There's no other way to upload Avex material. You can prolong detection by using random video titles, keeping video private, flipping the orientation of the video, ect...but the ban is inevitable

^ My MV hasnt been deleted yet and it's nothing but ayumi PV's...
i know I usually have a problem with music...

recently, it seems fine to upload ayu's file? @ least for me, I only got a notice "Matched third party content."
And I just had to acknowledge the claim and that's it. My videos weren't removed. It just shows this in the video management Your video may include the following copyrighted content: Acknowledged claims "XXX", musical composition administered by: One or more music publishing rights collecting societies What does this mean? Your video is still available worldwide. In some cases ads may appear next to your video. Please note that the video's status can change, if the policies chosen by the content owners change. Learn more about copyright on YouTube. This claim does not affect your account status.

They don't want to admit that they need these videos to promote their artists for them, but because of the company's policies, and copyright laws they will eventually delete everything, but as you may notice, they don't delete everything at once, just little by little.
Just notice how some of her lives have been uploaded since 2009 for example, and they're easy to find. I haven't uploaded videos to youtube in ages, but the last time I did they got deleted because I used ayu pictures and music  I hope things are different now.What kinix said sounds pretty interesting, I guess that's a way to protect both the person who uploads and the copyright's owner? Perhaps it's up to the copyright's owner if they want to allow those people to keep their videos, as long as they say who owns the material.
