So after I listened to Hana ''D-Z DEADLY ROSE APPROACH'' from her first ayu-mi-x I noticed that Fatboy Slim used the exact same sample for their Right here, Right now song.

Was that a free sample voice used back then by DJs or something? So far I haven't found anything that connects those two.
