What exactly do you mean by “correct price”?
There’s a listing for that 2000-2001 pamphlet on Y!J where the bid is US$3 at the moment so I wouldn’t go anywhere near that ebay auction https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/r357517971
