E-mail notification problem...

Hmmm, let's see....
I've already un-check the "e-mail notification when someone replies" in my user cp....
But, everytime I check my e-mail, I still got tons of e-mail from AHS..... and I had to spend some time deleting them....

Would anybody help me solve this ?
