Brandy & Namie Amuro

Am I the only one that thinks that they are infact sisters separated at birth?

I've had Namie's "STYLE" CD for a while now, and just recently I bought Brandy's "Afrodisiac" CD (which, BTW, is very good!) and I couldn't help think that Brandy's music reminded me of Namie's. I'm not saying that there was any copying or anything like that, I just think that they're very similar artists. They both have the same fashion style, and they both have the same type of musical style. I know, it's just two similiarites, but they're big ones, aren't they?

So basically, all I want to put out there is that I think that Brandy and Namie are two very similar singers....

Who should get together and perform!

My friend thinks they are similar too... He says they even look the same... x_x... Which I must disagree with... Brandy is ugly.

Perhaps, same producer or something? Ever since her break up with TK (professionally speaking), Dallas Austin has been producing music for her, no? Since he's American, it could be possible that he's producing for both... I dunno thou.

Hmm maybe some style of songs are quite a like

But am not sure about compare namie ballads songs with brandy's songs. Fashion style quite similar too. But looks, no way. lol

Namie Amuro, the singer that sang alarm and soo many other more great j pop songs.

i really prefer my namie amuro, Brandy sings less than her, just compare their singles and album !
anyway brandy isn t a bad singer, i love some of her songs

anyway, another similarity: they both have big foreheads.

namie looks wayy better though. (but brandy aint ugly)

ew, Namie's definetly not plastic. If you look at Namie's different stages, appearance wise, you'll see that the only major difference is in skin tone and hair color, other than that, she looks the same,i.e, you can tell that's the same Namie Amuro -_-.

Anyways, Namie and Brandy look nothing alike x_x. They don't sound the same either. Brandy has a more serpenty voice than Namie methinks *this is NOT me hating on her, if I was, you'd know it XD*. Brandy has some damned good songs too, Full Moon is A+++. That Kanye West song sucks tho, myabe it's because I don't like him tho.

ew, samantha mumba can't sing, she sang monotone in "gotta tell ya," and her voice after that is just studio magic. not to mention that she's black and namie's asian x_x

I don't really like Brandy. The only song I liked form her was 'Full Moon'. I'd much rather prefer Namie, although I only like her stuff from 'Break the Rules' on.

In my opinion (and this is only my opinion) Brandy and Namie really don't have anything in similar. Brandy has a very sexy, raspy voice. Namie doesn't. Brandy has very large lips and her looks are very distinctive. Namie's looks are distinctive too, but not in that way. Brandy doesn't dance (I don't think she dances) and even if she does, I can't imagine her dancing in the Namie sense. And since Namie dances to her songs in the Namie sense and Brandy doesn't, Brandy probably doesn't have Namie songs like Alarm and Put 'Em Up.
Maybe you're think they're similar due to their slow songs??

P.S. I think Brandy is ugly too.
