There is this album on YesAsia:

I always thought it's a bootleg... but YesAsia is selling it and I know YesAsia doesn't sell bootlegs. Please explain to me what it really is?

I am not very fond of the songs included on this CD, but indeed they are rare and it would be nice having them on CD. Plus it's a four CD set for only 13$...

Yeah, it's bootleg.
Saw that on a small shoppe here in SD. It basically has [the other side] one~four + [NOTHING FROM NOTHING] single and mini album.

It's a really strange thing, it was released in 2001, but it appeared on YesAsia today (to my knolegde)...

Also on nick-san's page this CD is not listed in the "bootleg section"

actual it wasn't a bootleg, but now it is! Taiwan wanted to rerelease the Nothing from nothing songs and did that on this album. But they didn't have the rights for those songs so avex brought up a lawsuit, and they won, so now it's illegal

So in other words, I got lucky to find it when it went back in stock for one day a month ago

It looks really nice (this bootleg), it has a nice box plus the songs that these cds contain are so rare that I won't easily find them on CD

I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

Did avex file a lawsuit?I didnt know that.
I heard from a TAIWAN tv program saying that the past CD's sold in taiwan by those record company are consider as legal. As there wasnt any copyright of the artist's song in Taiwan so it's legal. But now avex have the copyright in Taiwan so it's illegal to furthur produce any of it's artist songs without their permission. But those that CD's that were produced before the copyright law are consider as LEGAL so they are not bootleg.
The IFPI cravings is on the back of the Cd which means it is being recognise as legal product.

It's illegal now, but I bought it when it was newly displayed at yesasia back in '01. I think it was okay to release it at the time since all the original releases from avex with this material on them went out of print.

King records (which is just the HK division of Ho-Son) also released it. It has a different cover though, one of the ganguro ayu with the afro from A BOOK.
