rainbow help

ok ok, I finally got my Japan version of Rainbow in today, but I need some help with the secret site stuff. So, heres what I have done so far: I typed in the web address and typed in my password and email contact, then pressed "ok." After that all that happened was an email was sent to me..I think it was confirming my email and password. BUT WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?? If neone here actually knows how to "enter" the secret site and listen to Rainbow will u please tell me?? thanx.

I'll try to help, even though I haven't received a copy of RAINBOW nor the password yet. First, try to use an online translator to translate the email that Avex sent you into English. That way, you can read what they sent. They probably gave you instructions on how to use the confirmed address and password and possibly another link for you to follow to access the new site. I assume that the real RAINBOW secret site will prompt you to enter your email address and password, then take you to the site where you can download RAINBOW. As I said before, my copy of RAINBOW still hasn't arrived yet and I'm not sure if it will have a password, but that's the only way I figure that you can listen to RAINBOW.

hmmm, ok. So I ran the email through a translator and it translated it as saying stuff like "virtue platform engaging in * bladder lump*" and "it is uninformed the niece place" and "corbicula pure mute" and lastly my favorite "alligator bowl engaging in C " HAhAHAHAAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Seriously that's what it came back saying. So, I'm still stuck on what to do. Also, there was no link in the email or anything.

Try going back to the main site and try entering in the password again. Now that your e-mail has been verified, it might let you in. (I'm just guessing because my copy of Rainbow hasn't arrived either, so I'm just speculating.)

If you entered your email and password from the cd correctly you should have gotten an email from avex with a user name, password, and url for the special site. Try doing it again.

yea, i've done that too, but what happens is that this other page comes up with a button at the bottom that leads me right back to the start page. If theres anyone who has successfully done this pplllleeeaaassseee tell me how lol. I'm tryin.

I'll try to help you. Start from the beginning: There are three input boxes on the start page. The first one is for the 14-digit number from your cd insert, the second one is for your email address, third one is to confirm your email address. The left button is to submit, the right button is to clear.

Did you get an email from avex? Can you post it here or forward it to me (nmskalmn@yahoo.co.jp) so I can try to figure it out?

The first blank is the password and the last 2 blanks are for your email address. You enter the same email address twice for verification. After you receive the email from Avex and go to the site it tells you, then you enter the ID they gave you in the email and then the Password that came with your RAINBOW copy.

After Avex receives your password and email address, they send the email message about a minute later.

The japan version has a track00 rainbow before track01.
i understand a registration is needed before u receive a userid and a password to hear the rainbow song.well i have done that,its 40 plus seconds long and u can view her clips and news too if u know japanese.

No. It says 00. RAINBOW on the CD, but it starts with track 1.
