^^ yup.. it has happended to me several times.... the only way to break that curse is burning all your ayu cds and never buy any ayu product ever again.. like i did

The only ways you can get Ayupan nowadays is at her concert tours or online at places like Yahoo JP Auctions/eBay/etc.
