Korn album suggestions?

I've noticed some people listing Korn albums in the Best Albums Ever thread, and I was wondering if anyone could help me decide which to get. Looking at tracklists, I can't really decide :/ I've started really listening to them, other than a few songs, after I saw them in September. Just wondering where I should start, or what you'd consider their best album?

I LOVE KORN! So maybe I can help you.

I recommend:

Issues, Follow The Leader and probably their BEST OF Album.

I'll outline each of their albums:

Follow the Leader: This was like their breakthrough album. I think it was their most popular album as well, and for me it is one of my favourite Korn Albums. It contains their hit single Freak on a Leash, which is really popular, even though it's not my favourite.

Issues, If you really like all that death in songs, then I promise you'll love Issues! It's jampacked with full on death music, and really deep voices, which really give this album a great feel, and has such great album flow!

Greatest Hits, Volume 1, Their Best of album, has the best songs ever by Korn. I think all these songs are awesome except Another Brick in the Wall...

I'd recommend some completely different ones, actually. I loved Korn up until 6 or 7 years ago and I can easily say their self-titled album and Life Is Peachy are the best things they've done. They went downhill from Follow the Leader, and anything from Issues onward I'd recommend you avoid like the plague.

So Korn and Life Is Peachy.

Issues is the album that got me started on listening to Korn -- i'ts a very good album!

also, the Greatest Hits album is always a good start -- you get their best all in one hit!

Thanks for all your help, guys

I've been looking more into getting their best of album (although, I feel Thoughtless should have been included) just to start. Maybe after that, going from oldest to newest.

Oldest to newest is definitely the smartest choice.

Issues is kind of hit and miss, I would hold off on that one. Personally I would recommend Korn, Life Is Peachy, Untouchables, or See You On the Other Side. The best bet is probably the greatest hits CD. It covers their albums up to Take A Look in the Mirror, so it would probably be a good introduction.
