thanks for the info. i'm sure this has been asked many times but what is the difference b/w this and the japan version other than the price? Because if the poster and booklet is the same as the japan version than i am seriously considering getting this one instead.
i bought the OS version of (m)u and it was nothing different so is OS and HK version virtually the same?

If you send them an email inquiring them to delete it, they will.

I've done it before, several times. It's just a foul trick from their side.

You should be able to get it canceled.

I sent email two or three times about wanting to cancel items that I couldn't cancel manually, it worked out every time.

Wrote it like "I want to cancel this items from order number #######", and I probably added some minor explanation as to why.

If you sent an email about switching they'll probably do it for you, everything for the customer, you know.

You should get a reply within 1-2 days about it.
