[Question] How do I use a PodCast?

i already made it, and haven't posted my first episode yet (cuz i've been busy, so i plan on uploading during the weekend), and it's sorta like going to be a radio station with 2 hrs worth of music, little talking, no commercials

BUT...
how do i upload the songs? i know how to upload one song, but how do i upload more than one? and like, make it sound as if it was a radio?

and is there any way to have someone 'call in and request' or no?
