HELP Identifying song please

OK, so I was watching Veronica Mars and the thing I absolutely find the most annoying happened to me.

I heard a song that I really like and have absolutely no idea what the name of the song is or the singer. I've searched everywhere for it and i've come across so many other people asking about it with no response to their pleas either, even on all the Veronica Mars sites that list the songs used on the show, this one just comes up as unidentified or ?

So please! I'm desperate to find out what the name of this song is and who sings it or if you understand any of the lyrics that would help too, so I can just search by lyrics. So any help on it please.
