Posts Per Day

Okay, sometimes when I post an reply, it'll go up some points. But whenever I have to edit a post it'll go down some points. If I do a quick reply, my points won't go up as much as when I click on the post reply to post my reply. And sometimes, when leave from here and return later it decreases more.

So, okay.....
can someone plz tell me how does post per day works? (like how many points does it go up and many points do I lose when I edit a post and etc.)

Wow....I never noticed that. You can lose points for editing posts? It probably has to do with the server. It has been down for a few days, maybe stuff is going slowly.

Yea....and I also just notice when I look into a thread and then leave that thread without posting, I lose points. I'm try to accomplish something and don't any sitbacks.

All I know is that after a while it'll start averaging it out and you get a decimal. I never really noticed enough to wondered.

It's supposed to be total posts / days since you've registered. But maybe when you're so new, it goes by hours?

But I do know that when you don't post for a few days your Posts will go down...

People, this is mathematics. Like it says, posts per day means an average of your total posts divided by the number of days you've been on AHS since you registered. It's obviously directly proportional to how much you've posted and inversely proportional to the ammount of days you've been on AHS. If you've been posting a lot less recently, the rate will obviously drop, because the time is still running (duh). There isn't, as far as i know, any obvious relation to editting posts or quick replies and the such, because they won't alter the overall post count, unless you've chosen to delete a post.
Honestly, does this parameter even matter at all? I just rarely check it to see how much MIA/busy/etc have I been recently, compared to past years (I think back in 2003 I had an average of 10 posts per day XD) LOL You can use it to check which initiates have been massively posting everywhere recently too LOL

I can also use it to calculate how many days have I been registered to AHS: 10,688/5.82 = 1836 days It's been over 5 years already LOL
