could someone please tell me the diferences between all the japan awards like

All Japan Request Awards
Japan Cable Awards
Japan Record Awards
Japan Gold Disc Awards

There are multiple music awards in Japan and those are just the different ones offered by different people. It's similar to the distinctions between American music awards. You not only have the Grammys but also the American Music Awards, the Billboard Awards, etc.

Japan CAN have more than one music award I believe the Gold Disc Award is one of the most prestigious; Nihon Record Taishou is the top one though.

but in america the billboard awards are for sales, the grammy's are for the critics or something like that isnt???

Japan Record Awards = critics

Well...Japan Gold Disc Awards is the equivalent of Billboard Music Awards. And the Japan Record Awards is the equivalent of Grammy Awards.
