Can anyone translate this to me please? It looks like a "Ayumi Hamasaki's new album" but I don't know.

I think he means he doesn't understand the word that's next to her name on the link. (btw I believe it says untitled or to be determined or something along the lines of that)

anyways I prefer one more single before the album =\ the album should be for her 10th anniversary. her tour should be that world tour (I wish)

One more single would be OK. But not too close to the album release. I wouldn't also mind a minialbum, as long as not too many songs are released prior to it. Like "Memorial address" - in my opinion, it had too many singles/songs released before it.

Ayu can fund her new shoes and other stuffs even if she doesn't release a new album. She does because she thinks releasing an album is one way for fans to show her gratitude and endevour.
