Why indonesian thread & other country thread move to posting games and being locked?

why indonesian people thread move to posting games forum, and being locked? i don't understand it...

i dont think its wrong to have thread like that...

i love to communicate with my country fellow...and that thread is really growing right now...i found a new friend...

i really mad about this...

please tell us the reason...thanks

I think these kind of threads were too much for the server. The Indonesian is not the only thread locked you know, there's also the Canadian thread, Spanish one and the French one.

Why should people get a thread that only 5% of the forum can speak leaving the others excluded? Plus, last time I checked this was a English speaking forum anyway. :B

Please review this thread, and all the other ones that popped up the other times topics were moved to Posting Games or deleted.

AHS is not an IM program and we can't support massive posting/chat/game threads. The staff tolerate those topics as much as possible, but whenever there's too much traffic or strain on the server we have to clamp down on the spam. Please use AIM, MSN, or another forum for chatting.

I'm gonna have to go to austin on this one. One day I decided to go to the thread adn I was soooooooo confused. I felt like I was reading asian characters......@________@

I also agree with zoomzoom. I don't mind the Spanish thread since Spanish is a recommend language in the states.

^oh, I didn't mean the thread, but I see people go "jajaja" instead of "hahaha" because of the spanish sound for J. Got me confused to begin with.

The staff have decided that the language threads and the others like it are being used more like chat threads and are somewhat exclusive. We all know about our server issues. Another problem we've had is that in the cases of language threads being in languages other than English, they are not able to be moderated as well as the other threads. Messages have been reported but as the staff don't speak those languages or don't very well, they aren't being moderated as equally as the other threads. I am sorry that we have had to shut them down as I enjoyed the French thread anad the Spanish thread, but you hae to admit they're just chat threads We don't want people to think we are against languages other than English (as we're certainly not), but for moderation issues it's only fair.

I never noticed that. I only went in the thread once and that was to try to brush up on my spanish and gawd, was my Spanish crappy!

@PM Lady: I completely understand and agree. I didn't think that people were being report for there post in the indonesia thread though. It's just another al bhed thread then......behave people from indonesia!

i have no problem if you have a reason behind it
but please tell us first before you done something...
because without notification or something like that, its really suprise me...
and its often happen...

i need a time to accept this...i don't want to be around here for a week...especially after read luv ~venus~ comment, you don't need to say people from indonesia to behave...

we don't know that we did a wrong thing...so why you say something like that...

Oh, I meant no disrespect! I read PM Lady's comment about people being reported in thread. I was surprised by that, that's all.

I was telling yall to behave because I thought the thread was suppose to unite people who are from indonesia who are on AHS to that thread not unite them and fight with each other. lol

Sorry for causing problems for the server. I thought it would be okay to create a French thread and that the server could handle it, but I guess not. It's all cool, though. I wasn't posting in the French thread that much, anyway.

Wait. So, all that's been done is that they have been moved to the Posting Games Section, and not to trash? What's the point of even moving them, if you can still post in the them? It's still affecting the server or whatevs. Unless the Posting Games Section is going to be closed again?
