A BEST 2 -BLACK- finally sells over 700k!!
This is from the oricon album top 300 weekly sales:

164　---　**2,619　*,720,120　*35　浜崎あゆみ「A BEST 2－WHITE－」
167　277　**2,593　*,701,184　*34　浜崎あゆみ「A BEST 2－BLACK－」

This should be the most recent...as it was just posted over at jpm...(not sure if it was last week's 2 weeks combined or what) but atleast we know that black sold over 700k!

Not necessarily. I'm sure a lot of people bought both -BLACK- and -WHITE-. I'm pretty sure it would have been a million-seller, though.
